  • If your O365 subscription includes Office, you can install your O365 version of Office on up to 5 PC/Mac's and an additional 5 phones.

    There is no limit to the number of devices you can access your O365 mail from - OWA, Windows Mail app, VL/Retail/OEM licensed Outlook, etc.

    I'm unaware of there being any limits to Teams as long as you're licensed to access the Teams account.  The desktop Teams client is a separate, unlimited download.

  • Hmmmm I wonder if his problem is MFA related or maybe that he's using the same Apple ID on two phones?

    He says once he does MFA authentication on one it allows the app to work on both.

  • In Microsoft 365 Admin Center, you should be able to see each device that is associated with each user, as well as a full history of all attempted logons.
