Hello, we are using the cloud version.
When someone replies to a ticket, it will update the column "Updated" heading to show when the ticket was updated. If you go into the said ticket you wont see any added comments. If you press the refresh button on the screenshot below, it will refresh the ticket list and the headings of these tickets but not the ticket itself. You must refresh the entire spiceworks webpage for the ticket comments to populate. So comments show, but you have to refresh your entire webpage for that manually. Meaning we'd have to press the refresh button on Spiceworks to see the ticket list updated, and if we want to see comments on the dashboard, we have to refresh the whole webpage constantly.. defeats the whole purpose of this dashboard. Is there a way to fix this so it auto-updates?
