I've been stumped on an issue for 1 user for a while and could use some ideas. A while back, a user reported that they've been having issues with printing; specifically, when they attempt to print anything, regardless of application, it's defaulting to 1% scaling. However, once they switch it to Fit to Printed Area then back to Actual Size, the output resizes correctly. For context, this user is running a Lenovo T15 laptop with Windows 10 Enterprise. The printers in our environment that they're using are an HP Color LaserJet Pro M452 and a Sharp MX-4070N MFP.
To my knowledge, no recent updates or changes were applied that would have introduced this behavior and no one else in our company is also experiencing this. Does anyone have any ideas on what may be causing this and a fix? Thanks!
