We've Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk (CHD) and Spiceworks Help Desk Server (HDS) as supported options with ticket system implementation. CHD is running on the public Spiceworks Cloud. HDS is running on Ubuntu Linux operating system, either natively or hosted. But none has an option to configure workflows. So if you want such a workflow configuration option or automation option, you may create a corresponding feature request for your selected and undisclosed Spiceworks edition. You'll need to increase your entry community privilege level to the next level for doing so.
