Looking for a little help with an ongoing, and yet unresolved issue with our Allworx VoIP system.
Here's what's going on...
- User working from remote location can hit extension to anyone within company and it connects.
- Anyone at company hits extension for said user and it does not go thru to there handset.
- If remote user connects to local user, local user can connect back for approx. 1 min., after which, extension no longer works.
- Allworx Connect 536 / SW Version 22.214.171.124
- Remote user handset Allworx Verge 9304
- ISP is HTC (Myrtle Beach, SC)
Would really like to get this resolved.. The owner is going nuts! haha
