Have a hybrid environment. Created a migration batch to assess our bandwidth requirements for migration. Its currently 100% synced. Would deleting the batch leave the mailbox on premise?

The mailbox cutover process is performed by "completing" the move.
Hi,
If you don’t click the “Complete the migration batch”, it will keep in “Synced” stage, the mailboxes are still on your on-premise servers. Only the data is copied to cloud. When you click the “Complete the migration batch”, on-premise mailboxes will be moved to cloud.
And If the batch is showing "Synced" without any errors, you can safely delete the batch, it won't delete the synced items and your mailbox on-prem.
