  • 1. Select “View Certificate” > Install Certificate > Next.

    2. Select “Place all certificates in the following store” > Browse > Select “Trusted Root Certification Authority > OK.

    3. Once done,  Select yes to accept the certificate import> Restart Outlook.

    • This could be a symptom of a Man In The Middle attack, or a badly configured firewall / traffic inspection service.

      You'll need to dig deeper into that backup connection.

    • You have SSL inspection being done by your Sophos firewall.  You need to install the Sophos certificate on your devices for starters.  Secondly, most Microsoft sites don't work properly if their traffic is intercepted like this and you need to exclude them from inspection.
