cluster resource monitoring issue on AZURE

Hello,
we have two windows 2012 r2 database servers with several cluster resources. the server is on the azure cloup. we are looking to supervise the cluster resources and all the associated services through the cluster ip (for example if I have a resource that bears the name cluster1 with an ip 10.111.41.15, the services of the resource and the disks of the same resource must be supervised through the Ip of Cluster1). The problem here is that since migrating our database server to AZURE, we can't even ping cluster resources.
Has anyone encountered this problem before?
I would like to point out that before the migration to AZURE, we had no problem monitoring cluster resources.
