I have lots of data in my old email so I cannot move on new Gmail. We are changing our business name that's why I need to change my email address and I want to get a new Gmail address on new mail.

you should be using a business centric email system such as office 365.

You should probably register a domain that reflects your new business name and use business email options from Google or Microsoft to bind your mailbox and the domain name. Alternatively, you can keep using Gmail as before, signing up for a new account and moving your emails using IMAPSync https://imapsync.lamiral.info/. It is free. You can also avoid migrating emails from the old box to the new one using the "Send on behalf" or "Send as" Gmail feature and forwarding all the new emails from the new box to the old one automatically.
