  • CSP has replaced the Open Business program.  If you were purchasing via another program, which sounds like you were, nothing changes.

Perpetual licenses sold via Open Business are now sold via CSP - same product, perpetual licensing just like Open Business except Software Assurance isn't available.  You have to move to Open Value if you want SA.

Whether your licenses come from CSP or not is really a behind the scene thing between your reseller and their distributor.  The only thing that really changes for the purchaser is where they get their install media and keys from.

    Echoing this.

CSP is not just for cloud, it is actively replacing VLSC.
