I have a bunch of these ZD620s to reset at work because they came from a Walmart pharmacy and when I factory reset them, I go to setup and under choose environment it still lists Store, DC, and Sam's. They want that gone, is there any way to get rid of it?

May be a custom firmware developed for Walmart. I would contact Zebra and inquire.
