make sure that the user has only 1 teamviewer instance. I saw issue before when he opened the QS.. found out that he already have the full version installed.

I got an issue on some PC's with QS Teamviewer running.
I connect to the users computer using my corporate Teamviewer and the users running QS Teamviewer.
On some instances when connecting via Windows Authentication I get the Windows username and Windows password field grey out. I cannot enter any details in these two fields.
It says lease tell him/her to activate it (extras -> Options -> Security)
The user cannot see this option.
I dont see the options Teamviewer mentions.
Has anyone seen this?
What is the fix for this?
