Make sure settings match on both?
I have been struggling on this for a while now. We have a Ricoh Scanner the SP 3610SF. We disabled SMBv1 recently on our print server. We have the same Ricoh Scanner on our network that is not having any issues. The issue just resides when end users try to scan to folder. Is there any way to fix this via the admin side of the printer or do I have to putty into the printer? Any help and or advice is needed.
