Hello Spiceworks Community,
Recently I have added a staff member a 365 hosted email who is an employee of another company within the same building, onto an existing Outlook profile that has a Google Workspace email setup as primary.
The next day, it seems that the newly added 365 email account has taken the primary and default and pushes the Google Workspace email as secondary and causing issues with global address book.
In a slightly point form below is the illustration:
Outlook profile of firstname.lastname@example.org (setup using GWSMO)
Then added another email account that is email@example.com (which is a 365 hosted)
Will the above setup be working and get along under one Outlook profile without any issues? We'd prefer that company1 email account to be primary and default, should I just need to add the 365 email account of company2 as IMAP?
