I still have a ways to go with cleaning up my passwords, but at least the ones that matter, i.e., the ones I use day-to-day, have MFA enabled where possible, and/or I'm using a password manager to take care of my nearly 500 passwords.  No way in effing hell could someone deal with that many passwords without using a password manager unless you're reusing a LOT, and we know where that'll get you.
