We are currently running into an issue where all external calls that are incoming are going to the general mailbox instead of hitting our auto attendant.
We have performed a restart on the system to rule out that a restart was not required.
This was working previously and randomly started to happen. No configuration changes were done on the system with the auto attendant prior to this issue randomly appearing.
We have tried recreating the greeting table that was being used as well as removed the auto attendant setting on the lines in use and then readding them.
We have also unchecked Enable General Delivery Mailbox and calls still go to the general mailbox.
We do not have Enable Redirection DN enabled.
