What's "commercial free" mean? DVD's that don't have adverts of free software?
Windows 10 can play DVD's without the need for any third party software.
Per Microsoft, Windows 10 does not support dvd playback in Windows Media Player. As in Microsoft considers DVDs a deprecated technology. They want you to buy a DVD specific playback store app.
What you might ought consider is k-lite, which can include the VLC player mentioned in another reply, or don't.
I use VLC Player. It is OK. It does 99% of what you would need. There are a few random one offs that it does not work with. I have installed Media Player Classic from here for those.
Up one for VLC
My typical go to is VLC Media Player. Cyberlink PowerDVD is not free, but I had a situation where I had some older DVD's that I could not get to play and this product worked.

I used to have a stack of old DVD Player CDs like CyberLink's PowerDVD from people like Roxio lying about, If you have access to old CDs from years gone by, I've made those work in a pinch. Come to think of it, they used to give Roxio's crippleware away, see if the EULA on this will do ya....It may not have the codec you need though.
