We have Direct send on O365 setup so we can scan to email. We have it setup on this copier and it works if you only send to 1 recipient at a time. If you try to send to more than 1 it fails. Note with the direct send we don't have any authentication to pass and it only works with internal email addresses. However, we tried the following:
1: made sure DNS was setup and working properly. put in 184.108.40.206 just in case as a test
2: per some old forum topics we made sure the NTP on the device was setup and functioning.
3: network guy did some tracing/traps on the network itself to catch it in action to see if he could see where it was failing, but he didn't catch anything.
4: 1 of the servers guys shows in the logs for O365 that the single people were going through, but no logs on the multiple ones failing.
5: upgraded firmware to latest one, still didn't work.
6: this is the only error we get from the copier after it fails "insufficient resources on the sending mai(server(SMTP)."
One of my questions is there any limitations with direct send that could cause it not want to send to multiple people at once even though it is only going to internal users?
