Hello,  Every time I email my cloud help desk to open a ticket my emails are being blocked.

Short email bounce.  

Short Bounce Message:

Message is waiting at town.hampton.nh.us for delivery to mx.sendgrid.net.


Message delivery has been delayed to the following recipients:
Recipient: [SMTP:help@hampton-nh.on.spiceworks.com]
Reason: Remote SMTP Server Returned: 454 4.7.1 <help@hampton-nh.on.spiceworks.com>: Relay access denied

Paul7835 If a cloud help desk is dormant for 2+ years the email address can get de-provisioned. I fixed that for you so everything should be working now.
