  • Right, those are file sharing platforms that you can self host.

  • I have used OwnCloud, NextCloud which are designed for just this type of purpose.  With each of them, I had a user I assigned as an admin over the department's directory of files and then each department also had end users who would be able to view their department's files on their phones or PCs.

I also used TikiWIki  ( TikiWiki Home ), which is not as slick/smooth to setup or use as OwnCloud/NextCloud, but has many other functions/features as well which some departments really wanted/needed (ie: calendars, surveys, etc).

  • thank you for suggestions, but I don't need cloud file sharing platform. I already have nextcloud.
What I need is like softpedia or filehippo, file sharing portal.

  • NextCloud has a portal built in for users to browse directories/files.

Sorry, but I think that I am not understanding what you actually want.

Maybe try explaining it in a different way.  Repeatedly saying 'like softpedia or filehippo' does not offer any clarification.

  • We are using https://yetishare.com/ (paid software). Here is the link you our installation - https://filesend.io
Here is another one that you can test - https://www.projectsend.org/ There are few options that are missing in it, so that's why we are using the paid solution.

    Cheers,
