Your screenshot shows differently. I couldn't see the field for domain nor business name. And as far as I understood your screenshot, you're already connected. Do you have some firewall blocking traffic or some cookies or javascript being blocked in your web browser?

My situation is different as I'm using the legacy on premise edition on Windows. From there, I'm able to connect to Cloud Help Desk (CHD) without reauthentication. And I don't have a test environment to try to connect differently with hiding my on-premise identity.
