Do any spice heads know of any good online PS4 parts you can buy namely a replacement Motherboard for one?
Has anyone every changed out a PS4 MB is so do you have any instructions on how to do it or is it just like changing one out on a pc or laptop?

I try and stay away from this stuff as much as possible, but the favor card is pulled periodically and I end up doing something like this.
Whenever I end up doing something like this, or a laptop repair, a helpful hint is to use a piece of Styrofoam and put the screws into the foam the way they came out of the laptop or whatever so that you don't loose track of where the right length screws go. I use a sharpie to draw a tiny shape that is a loosely accurate version of the device and then poke the screws where they come from. Makes putting it back together quick and clean.
