  • The agent is still available, just back to beta mode. I like it. Maybe they can give us the ability to use our own servers instead of theirs and we could then do custom packages too

  • Correct, our is still available but it does not seem to work as well since the upgrade of inventory and the move to Beta. Agreed on the " ability to use our own servers". even if i have to pay a little extra for 100 gigs of "pdq online storage".

  • Agent or no agent, I think the cost of PDQ is pennies compared to similar solutions out there. It's one of the most reasonably priced admin tools you'll come across so unless your budget is extremely tight, I would suggest you stick with it.

  • We apologize for the frustration. As mentioned on this thread you can continue to use the features you mentioned we just needed to reset the expectations since we obviously didn't anticipate the load the agent adoption would place on our infrastructure. While we work out the problems we do hope that the functionality of both programs (even excluding the agent beta) is something you find to be a great benefit.
