  • Kyle, I don't want to bring you down, but hopefully provide feedback to improve.  Many of these deals feel identical to the deals we got last year - and in many cases on identical hardware.  I realize that certain suppliers may not have increased their supply of components significantly and that others may not have dropped the component prices as much as usual as they age, but still, these and Black Friday deals felt a little slim.  I don't want to pay $2000 for a loaded X1 Carbon that was available last year at the same or similar price.

Secondly, most of these deals feel identical to Black Friday pricing.  If Lenovo can afford it, why not simply have somewhat lower prices most of the time, instead of bigger sales some of the time - then you get a reputation for fairness, and people don't hold back from purchases.

Maybe I'm just musing.  Maybe I'm just waiting until new configurations of the C930 Yoga become available in the US - and I can afford them.
