My company offers a web application (SaaS) to financial services companies -- mostly banks. Our users sit inside the banks' networks. We are thinking to install Google Analytics and Hotjar on our web application so we can understand our users better. I'm worried that the banks' firewalls/security systems might block Google Analytics and Hotjar. I've been told that some banks do this because of DLP concerns. For those with knowledge of banks' IT, are my worries justified?
