  • Are you an IT Pro? I am not sure that any of us can recover your device photos without a backup (Google Photos or similar service) since the phone is locked.

  • Hi there,

I have been working with android phones for a long time in the telecom industries (Sales), before becoming an IT.

Thing is once the phone is locked by either the password, pin code,etc... the phone only solution is by that precise password or Factory Data Reset, which will cause all the data to be remove.

Even with bill,IMEI, box and a nasa warrant, I have personally never been able to extract data unless the USB debug option was checked before the phone was locked.

If the option was activated for USB debug, then simply plug in the phone into any Windows computer and you will be able to extract the data.

3rd option which is normally used automatically is Google Photos which save automatically your pictures into your Google Drive.

If anyone got any solution to that will be glad to hear and but it in my bag.
