I would check Sirius for business. Or Pandora for business.
They cover the licensing issues for you and you don't have to worry about it.
I have to note that listening to broadcast radio is not compliant for retail space over a certain sq. footage.
Small Business Exception
For restaurants and bars with less than 3,750 gross square feet of space or retail stores with less than 2,000 gross square feet of space, it's permissible to play broadcast radio or television without paying for a license. To qualify for the exception, an establishment must not have more than six speakers and it must not charge a cover for guests to listen to the music. Additionally, if your business sells music, it's permissible to play only the music you sell for promotional purposes.
