There was an article on CNET on setting up non-AirPrint compatible prints to work with AirPrint. http:/
Hello out there in IT Land,
So as you all know HP has released a slew of ePrint capable printers to the general public. You know, the printers every tablet and smart-phone owner has been waiting for and dreaming about. This function is pretty much a godsend for the company I work for because we're currently turning to the iPads for a major overhaul of our paper-based systems.
However, I'm curious to whether anyone has heard any news concerning smaller, more portable printers. HP has some pretty affordable options (the Photosmart starting at $99) but all of the printers are rather bulky in comparison to our current portable options like the Canon's PiXMA 100 or the iP90. Is there any talk of an ePrint/AirPrint capable printer that's not AiO and just prints? With the advent/rumor of Wifi-hotspot enabled iPhones this kind of technology would be crucial to our project.
Any opinions, speculations, or actual facts would be awesome.
