Issued an RMA for a replacement disk drive.
I have not received my replacement hard disk drive issued to me by Sony. The first day I called they seemed responsive and helpful and promised their delivery of the replacement drive between 48-72 hrs. That was on 11/15.
Today is 11/22 and still no drive received. Never received an initial email notification or any follow-up email. Never received a follow-up call with a status on the issue.
I called them on 11/19 to inquire about the issue and they supposedly looked at my case and said the drive should arrive that afternoon and if not then the case will be investigated....Ok, great so the WTF! does that mean?
Oh by the way, eservice.sony.com, exisiting repairs. What good is a reference number if there's no record of it in there system or even the phone number your case should be listed under.
