I have over 400 workstations, at $7 each that's $2800, which is more than we paid for our corporate license with Teamviewer. We also are continually adding workstations at an additional cost of $0, as our license is all in. I don't maintain any of the infrastructure, they have viewer apps for both Android and iOS devices, I can have someone run quicksupport without installing, you can custom brand all of the software and on and on.
Your site doesn't have an error per se, it's more that it's hard to follow a lot of the content on it because it is poorly written.
Your product is going up against the "big boys" in the field and your product and website simply don't live up to their standards. Your pricing is entirely too high for a start up product, you can't demand premium pricing for a start up that nobody knows or uses. Logmein for a very long time was dirt cheap because they were new and wanted to get their foot in the door, after a few years they started increasing their pricing as the product became well known and trusted. Logmein and Teamviewer didn't start charging todays pricing from day one, they grew into it- as you should too. You should look to BeAnywhere for what you should be doing, they are far better known than your product and far cheaper.
I don't say any of this to attack you or your product, I always welcome competition in this business as it benefits people like me. I say these things to help you realize you will never gain traction in medium to large environments with these flaws. I hope you all the best.
