This is not just an upgrade to existing software. Unfortunately it also involves a domain move for the data.
Since the software we are upgrading from was version 12 and we are now on 16, the changes have been extensive. There is a new front end server for workplace, and a new SQL server. All running on server 2016, including SQL server 2016.
The data migration has been simple and the server configuration has been complete.
The new SQL server seems to be churning along at fantastic speeds!
Along with this data and server moves we have also had to migrate the server that Sage100 and Biznet lives on.
Our complete accounting system has now been revamped!
