How to get static routes and running services remotely for Linux machines?

I need to determine if the Red Hat 7 Linux machines in our environment have static routes specified in the VM?
Also, I need to check the services running on these machines before patching and compare that to services running after reboot and list out the ones that have failed to start after reboot to make post reboot checks easier.

I am very new to Linux and thus need help in creating a script that can achieve this.
Please advise how I can do this.

Minimum number of servers required for ceph

Hi there;

I recently deployed a ceph cluster with 2 hosts all with each having 4 osds, however now i need to deploy ceph on a single node for testing(vm), because i am going to deploy ceph on a single server for production.

However even on adding the osd default pool size = 2, in the ceph.conf file cluster is still stuck in creating as per the attached.

Some one please advise.

BTW does the osd default pool size =2  option  provide disk fail aware in situations where ceph is not deployed on raid.

Thanks a lot for your comments.
