Billable Hours V.S. Percent Utilization in Dispatch Portal

Everyday my company paints tomorrow green however there is a glaring issue with this process. The percent utilization shown in the Dispatch Portal shows both billable and non-billable hours. Is there a way to quickly see how many billable hours a given member has in a given day? My boss put it this way "a person can be in the green but totally unprofitable". There has got to be a simple way to pull up how many billable hours a given member has at least that is what I would think. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

Client without default Windows shell

I've got some thin clients setup without using 'explorer.exe' as the Windows shell. Instead they are using mstsc as the shell so they can remote desktop in only.

TightVNC does work, although ScreenConnect does not.

Is there anyway to install ScreenConnect in this case?

    True to an extent, but tech marketers should know better. When I sign up for services with a vendor, I give them my company's contact info, not my home address and phone number. Facebook is for friends and family, not vendor contacts for work.

    Him saying something will only benefit both parties here. We don't want to completely merge work/personal. As a professional, I'd much rather they (vendors) focus on the professional aspect instead of trying to get me to follow them on Facebook with my personal account.
